Steps2Success – Self Employment

Working with our sister company Network Personnel we provide self-employment support for participants on the Steps2Success Programme.

As each participant’s needs are unique we devise a tailored support package to assist them move closer to self-employment.

What’s Involved?

One to one mentoring and workshops in a variety of areas including;

• Confidence building
• Researching a business idea
• Basic marketing techniques
• Insurance
• Legalities
• Customer service
• Tax & book keeping
• Working Tax Credits

What will I get out of it ?

• Better equipped to start up in business
• Greater knowledge of benefit entitlement for self-employed people
• Support of Business Advisor during initial stages of business start up
